For the machining of hardened tool steels up to 65 HRC, ZECHA has developed the premium series 581H (ball nose end mill) und 583H (torus end mill)
with diameters of 0.30 to 6.00 mm. Maximum precision, extreme cutting speeds and long tool life make them the first choice in the milling of detailed
3D contours of μm. With a concentricity tolerance of 3 μm, a diameter tolerance of 10 μm and a precision of ± 5 μm they ensure process-safe high speed milling within a tolerance range of 10 μm.
