As partner of the tool manufacture Zecha can rely on more than 40 years of experience in producing ready-to-install components according to construction requirements. Our primary role is to provide service and solve problems, especially when the production capacities of our customers run out.

Based on our year-long realisation and manufacturing experience we manufacture special tools according to your construction plans. Both our individual tools as well as the tools produced in series feature a concentricity accuracy of <1 µm.

Depending on your requirement we offer you high quality surfaces. The introduction of a two-line manufacture gives us the flexibility of a small enterprise combined with the strength and influence of a medium-sized enterprise: The mechanical production line is dedicated to the production of individual tools, small series and tools that are required at particularly short notice. The CNC line with its modern profile grinding centre, supported by a PPS system, serves for an efficient medium to large series production in two shifts.

Life cycle (ID) number for identification Every tool can be clearly identified by the ID number on its shank end and can be precisely reproduced years later.

100% final inspection of all our tools 100% final inspection using modern measuring instruments ensures the high quality and uniformity of our products.

At the present time, about 80% of all our products are individual tools for a variety of different industries. Our machinery consists of many proprietary and modified CNC special machines. Before we even know the details we offer technical expertise and solutions to meet your special requirements, develop samples on request and test them on site, improve the result and also serve as advisors after product purchase.

For our blanking and forming tools we use tungsten carbide made by Ceratizit. It guarantees a homogeneous structure, high hardness, high ultimate bending strength and thus maximum usable lifetime.
