Come closer.
2,493 micro holes. Six new releases. 250 to 1.
New tool series, real applications and precision down to the finest detail: at AMB, discover what drives ZECHA – from innovative tool concepts to solutions for more efficiency and sustainability in the process.
Three highlights
in focus.
Three tool solutions, three different technologies: see the micro PCD drill, IGUANA and QUEEN BEE up close and experience what defines modern precision tools.
Micro PCD Drill
Holes that
add up to an image
Three brass plates, 30 × 30 mm. Each motif is built entirely from micro holes from Ø 0.199 to 0.34 mm.
Iguana Series
One Iguana. The tool life of at least 250 solid carbide tools. In non-ferrous metals.
Queen Bee Series
Leaves, twelve
strategies
Twelve leaves, twelve finishing strategies on a test piece in 1.2083 ESU (54 HRC) – Ra 0.093 to 0.722 µm, comparable side by side.
Six new releases,
one nomination.
Lasered razor-sharp.
With Ø 0.05 to 0.5 mm, ZECHA micro PCD drills open up new possibilities in non-ferrous materials. High-precision laser manufacturing creates geometries that grinding can only produce to a limited extent. That reduces cutting forces, increases process stability and extends tool life – for fewer tool changes, lower tool consumption and more efficiency.

Economical. Efficient.
CBN grinding pins for steels from 60 to 70 HRC: lower cutting forces, less vibration and considerably higher metal removal than solid carbide.
1 tool. 3 operations.
Standard and fine threads from M3 to M12 are produced without pre-drilling directly in solid material – up to 67 HRC, wet or dry. The multi-row cutting geometry spreads the load across several teeth.
Smallest diameters. More flutes.
Ball nose and torus mills from Ø 0.3 to 1.0 mm with up to five flutes – for higher feed rates, shorter machining times and reliable micro machining up to 67 HRC.
More flutes. More performance.
New three-, four- and six-flute tools for titanium, stainless steel and hardened steels up to 58 HRC – for higher feed rates and shorter machining times at consistent quality.
Three shank versions. One series.
The IGUANA series is now available in three shank versions: standard, shortened to 25 mm and specially for Willemin-Macodel – for different machine and clamping concepts.
The new CBN series.
MANTA brings together CBN tools for finishing and polishing hardened steels – from economical solutions through multi-flute tools to binderless CBN.
Precision in practice.
There is more to the ZECHA booth than product news. See applications, parts and tool details up close, experience sustainability first hand and get to know additional solutions from our partners – at the booth and across the whole of AMB.
250 tools. One IGUANA.
A direct comparison that makes sustainability visible: when machining non-ferrous metals, one IGUANA can reach the tool life of 250 standard tools. Less tool demand means fewer changes, lower resource consumption and more stable processes.
From material to part.
Titanium, stainless steel, graphite, non-ferrous metals and technical materials: discover selected applications and parts – from medical technology to the precisely manufactured watch plate.
Quality in detail.
Four microscopes make visible what the eye can barely resolve: cutting geometry, edge rounding, runout and surfaces – on new tool series and selected special tools.
Three partners. More possibilities.
Together with zectec, MPK Special Tools and Alfatool, ZECHA presents an extended range of solutions for demanding manufacturing tasks at the booth – with additional tool concepts for different applications, materials and requirements.
ZECHA across the whole show.
ZECHA tools are at work in different applications on 17 further booths in five halls. At five partner booths you can watch the machining live – and see directly how our tools perform under real process conditions.
Online in time for AMB.
The new ZECHA cutting data calculator goes live on zecha.de: every new series, values in millimetres or inches, in several languages. Adjust the strategy to your machine and your part, save it to your account and share it with your team – anytime, from anywhere.
